HB Body P261 Polyester Filling Primer Grey 1L + Hardener

HB Body P261 is a two-component polyester filling primer designed for high build repairs on large or uneven surfaces.

Suitable Surfaces

• Bare steel
• Aluminium
• Stainless steel
• Fiberglass

Mixing & Application

• Mixing ratio: 100 parts primer : 5 parts hardener
• Add 0–10% thinner if required
• Spray viscosity: 23–30 sec DIN 6 at 20°C
• Apply 2–3 coats depending on surface condition

Drying

• Flash-off between coats: 10–15 minutes
• Air dry: approx. 3–5 hours at 23°C
• Force dry: approx. 30 minutes at 60°C
• Sanding: P320–P500 dry or P600–P1000 wet
