DICHEM 2K 5:1 Acrylic Primer is a high-solids two-component primer designed for automotive refinishing with excellent filling and sanding performance.

Mixing & Application

• Mixing ratio: 5 : 1 : 1 (Primer : Hardener : Thinner)
• Hardener: DICHEM Unihard Primer
• Thinner: DICHEM Diacril
• Spray pressure: 2 – 3 bar
• Nozzle size: 1.7 – 2.0 mm
• Apply 2 – 4 coats

Drying

• Dust free: 10 – 15 minutes at 20°C
• Sanding: 30 – 60 minutes
• Flash off before baking: 10 minutes
• Oven drying: 30 – 40 minutes at 60°C
