Mixing & Application

• Mixing ratio: 4 : 1 : 1 (Primer : Hardener : Thinner)
• Hardener: H732 Epoxy Hardener
• Reducer: 775 Epoxy Thinner
• Nozzle size: 1.5 – 1.8 mm
• Spray pressure: 2 – 2.5 bar
• Apply 2 – 3 coats
• Recommended film thickness: 100 – 150 μm

Drying

• Flash-off time: 15 minutes at 23°C
• Drying time: 5 – 6 hours at 23°C
• Force drying: 1 hour at 60°C
• Pot life: approx. 24 hours at 23°C
